Guests choose their hat style, then customize with a curated mix of patches, charms, and chains—while our team provides layout guidance and professional on-site assembly for a finished look. The hat bar keeps guests engaged, creates easy photo moments, and doubles as a premium take-home favor.
Private parties start at $39.95 per hat or beanie (10-person minimum); weddings, corporate, and larger events begin at $1,295 and include a self-service photo booth.
Trucker and multi-style options are available; travel fees may apply based on distance.

Pricing & Minimums
Pricing and minimums vary based on your event size, hat style selection, and customization level, so we recommend requesting a custom quote. To ensure accurate pricing, include the hat brands/styles you’re considering (e.g., Otto, Richardson, and comparable options), your estimated quantity, and whether you want a single style or a curated mix. Quotes can also include fully custom patch and decoration options—whether you’re supplying your logo, theme, or brand assets, or you’d like us to create catchy phrase patch concepts for weddings and special events. We produce a wide range of customization methods, including embroidered patches, DTF transfers, 3D UV transfers, HTV, leatherette patches, and laser engraving, with final pricing based on artwork complexity, production method, and order volume.
Hat Styles Available
Choose from classic trucker hats (our most popular for bold patch layouts), relaxed dad hats with a curved brim, structured snapbacks/flat brims for a modern streetwear style, lightweight 5-panel camp hats for a clean front profile, cozy beanies for cooler weather, and statement western hats for elevated themes—plus optional seasonal favorites like performance caps and bucket hats when the event calls for it. Brand options rotate based on availability and your event needs, with trusted choices including Otto, Richardson, Pitbull, and Max Apparel, as well as comparable alternatives upon request.
We offer a curated range of hat styles for clients who choose to upgrade to a mixed selection. The Basic Package includes one hat style only (selected in advance). At the same time, upgrade options allow your guests to choose from a variety of styles to match different fits, preferences, and event vibes.
